Getting Started

Once you have determined that you want to investigate importing product from China, the process is made easy by our team of experts. We have several different types of payment structures, so don’t be afraid to ask. We are here to help and will work with you any way that we can. We cater to FBA and small importers (small importers become large importers). Depending on the size of your expected order, we will work out an hourly deal and then move you over to a percentage of Cost of Goods later. For larger orders and hourly contracts there may be a retainer that needs to be paid if you do not have a track record of importing with us. If so, pay the retainer, and that enables us to begin the manufacturing analysis and search. The purpose of the retainer is to cover the costs for our time researching manufacturers and evaluating efficiency/credibility and to bill against for hours. This non-refundable retainer will be credited in your first order.

For Manufactured Product :

The next step is to provide us with all the specifications for your product, if you have them. If you don’t, then don’t worry, send us what you have and we can work it out. If you have material lists, engineering designs, drawings and quality tolerances, they must all be given for us to find the manufacture that can do the job. This proprietary  information is held by us and is never  given (they are allowed to view it) to the manufacture until after a manufacture is selected and an agreement is made for a sample product (Depending on the product, there may be a fee for the production of the sample product). Next, the product sample is made and sent to you. Your company will then verify the specifications and quality of the product and place an order with us for the quantity. We take care of all quality control, verifying quality at each step of the process. We then can either help you with shipping and customs or we will refer you to a good customs/shipping agent. Either way, we will be with you each step of the way until your product arrives at your location. Typical lead time from start to delivery is six months for developed product, and as little as 6 weeks for modified or stock product.

For Branded Product:

The next step is to provide us with the detail and/or sample of the product you wish to have produced under your brand name. We then will locate the manufacture that produces this product currently or who can produce a copy of the product. The sample product that is currently being produced is sent to you for verification and a request for changes. Per your instructions a sample product with your brand name is then produced (Depending on the product, there may be a fee for the production of the sample product). Your company will then verify the specifications and quality of the product and place an order with us for the quantity. We take care of all quality control, verifying quality at each step of the process. We then can either help you with shipping and customs or we will refer you to a quality customs/shipping agent. Either way, we will be with you each step of the way until your product arrives at your location. Typical lead time from start to delivery is six months, and as little as 6 weeks for modified or stock product.

For Quality Control Only Orders:

The next step is to notify your manufacture that you have hired a quality control expert and ask that they grant us access to product and plant. Forward us the information on the manufacturer and we will contact them directly. We will make arrangements for quality control inspections based on your request.

Final quality control will be prior to loading of the container for shipping.
